No one is saying that MLPA's or the meetings are a waste of time - read the posts. What I am suggesting is it would be most helpful to consider other ways to include people. You know, "think outside the box".

An anology is that you can scream at the moon all day to show itself at 12:30pm next to the sun. Except on hugely rare occasions - it simply isn't possible.
