I was deeply involved in the Central Coast MLPA process, along with
several other divers, and I really think we made a difference.
We didn't get everything we wanted, but we got a lot more than if
we hadn't stood up and fought.

I was at a reception tonight related to the national MLPA process,
and over and over the Feds referred to how California had shown
it had to be a joint process with involvement and buyin from all the
stakeholders.
