Thank you for taking your time to respond. Your expertise with the meeting process and face to face enocounters with all of the parties involved are a great asset to the committee I am sure. Your years of involvement make you very qualified to work with the process.

I also do see a need to include the recreational diving community in the process as you have stressed. If, as you state, this has nothing to do with consumptive/nonconsumptive representation, or those boundaries cause too much division – I would at least like to see some young new active diving blood on the committee to be exposed to the process and to the parties involved. That way future generations have been groomed to be involved in whatever new policy making may come down the pike in the years to come.
