You really need to learn how to read a balance sheet before you make a silly post like this.

SC short term debt is $17 million. Their cash on hand is $3.8 million. They have to borrow money to get cash. Their market value is less than $5 million. Their profit margin is -4%.

Dicks... zero short term debt. Their market value is over $1 billion, their profit is 1%... they are not operating in the hole.

If you had to pick from one of these to company, who would you invest in? Exactly!

Sport Chalet will be bought. They are not going to last very long.
