I never attacked the Magician. Capt. Jerry of the Magician said the association was improving safety among the So. Cal. Dive Boats. But when I looked up his track record on the US Coast Guard PSIX I found many violation including the latest one which happened on April 11th 2008 for driving his boat full of passengers in front of a ship. It also shows that his documents to operate were even revoked for a period of time over this incident.

It would seem a little hypocritical to preach safety with the track record like that. Nut I am sure that Capt Jerry and the Magician have some potential to improve and I wish them the best. And Tom too.
