That's great news!
Now all we need is to get a few dive charter boats operating in these parts and we'll be all set.
I could dive the rigs without having to go to Socal, and knowing the gas and various lubricating oils extracted from the ground in USA is business taken away from terrorist funding nations.

Not to mention that the rigs are a great habitat for fish and filter feeding life.

It's a total win win in my book.
