At the bottom of that second ring are lobsters, lobsters, lobsters with no where to hide as the rock/sand interface only goes back about a foot. Last month, Tony, Mirek, Brian and I EACH got our limit there in less than our 15 minute bottom time. Taking five minutes to get, that is 28 lobster in 10 minutes! AMAZING Thanks for the pic.
