Big Rock is sort of cool, but ... small
Malibu off the colony is really good and there is lots of diving. Just find the blue signs on the access gates.
Corral doesn't have much, but just north is Latigo Point which is good. Hard to access, but you can get there through Escondito Creek.
Leo Carillo has lots of diving as well.

Malibu has some great diving.
