No matter how you choose to spin it, the harrassment of that creature was completely UNNECESSARY, precived illness notwithstanding.

And just as Andy may object to my anthropocentric view of marine life--i find his objectification of marine life to be extremely offensive. The objectification of life--any life, is a human construct that is essential to most evil that we see on earth.

The difference being, an anthropocentric view of animal life lends to good stewardship while the objectification of life inevitably leads to the kind of UNNECESSARY mayhem that he gleefully discribed in his post.
