Diving in Belize?

I was hoping that some of you have had diving experience in Ambergris Caye, Belize. Anyone have suggestions for which dive operators to use down there? I prefer drift diving and know that it is easy to end up diving with a dive operator that doesnt do that. Also, Im just looking for general information and heads up for what to look out for, best dive spots, things to do, eating, etc...
