Posted by Diver Z on January 23, 2009 at 10:32:18: Are there any ideas being floated about where MLPAs might be established along the Los Angeles County coast? I've seen online discussion in various places about San Clemente Island, Laguna Beach and La Jolla, but nothing about L.A. yet.
