Posted by WalterM on January 31, 2009 at 09:27:09: As MusicalMike posted a few days ago, it's time to go diving. SantaAna Winds + Flat Seas + Cold Water = Great Diving. Made TWO night dives at Redondo last night, ankle slappers, 20-25' vis. Lots of cool macro critter 40-55', temp 54. Seen many small octopus. My video lights even helped feed one. One of 'night-bugs' flew right into it's reach. I'm going to enjoy the CleanCalm water again tomorrow. To me that sounds more fun then watching a bunch of millionaires fight over an odd shapped ball.
