See Me Repair, my last experience. Sent my drysuit to them in August of 2008. I recieved it back January 2009. In that time I made weakly calls and NONE were returned. There were weeks at a time where the answering machine was full. The repair was done correctly. I had heavy duty latex wrist seals replaced and a new zipper for $500. They do NOT use computers, so there is no email and no website.
