Phil,
You, Ross, Jeff, and Elaine convinced me ODA diving was a good thing. It's one of the most important decisions I've made for my dive experience. I enjoyed diving with and contributing to the Catalina Conservancy Divers, but this is even better!

I would encourage anybody inclined to, go be a volunteer diver OR to help at so many fun and worthy causes:

Dive With a Purpose!

PBS will be onboard the ODA R/V "Clearwater" this Saturday 28 Feb 09 at the East End of Catalina to document more recovery of the deadly nets on the wreck of the squid boat "Infidel". Annenberg (CPB) recently gave a VERY generous grant to ODA to continue the mission, and 2009 is looking very promissing for more underwater clean ups. Thanks ALL that have donated generously to the ODA!
