I'm glad to hear the wing worked out on the plate. I new that if you can get the wing to fit and everything seems reasonable on the surface then it probably will be fine underwater. It sounds like it exceeded your expectations.

I'm currently experimenting with very thick aluminum (1/4") for plates. They are lighter but I'm able to form aluminum into some great shapes.
