A buddy was leaving Angel's Gate this AM and heard a similar thing on CH16. The story he relayed was 117ft for 21 mins, fast ascent, tingling in legs that was progressing, Coast Guard sending chopper.

It's not possible to get to 117ft at Flat Rock proper. You would have to be at least 1.4km out from the wash rocks to get that depth and it wouldn't really be Flat Rock at that point. I'm guessing Palawan as well.

I don't anyone will argue that he shouldn't have been bent. Violate or bump up against NDL and do a fast ascent is one of the best ways to get bent. Add in your factors and the odds just keep getting for the bubbles.

The chamber is getting lots of business this year.
