By this account, it sounds like an injured diver needed evacuation to a treatment facility and what they got instead was a boat parade. It is like the magic fairy of diving got the requests/needs mixed up and granted the wrong thing. I don't mean any disrespect to anyone, especially the injured diver mind you. I absolutely wish him the best. It is an unusual story. |
