James...what are you talking about...look at the fatcs...mistakes were made...the Coast Guard, should have been allowed to do as they wanted to immediatedly. How can you say the USCG doesn't have any experience...THEY WANTED TO TAKE THE DIVER TO THE CHAMBER. End of story...the others made wrong choices....as you should know "time is of the essence."
