Is thinking what all of this must have cost. First there is a Coast Guard Helicopter and a Baywatch Boat. Next, there are all of the before mentioned groups and agencies - Baywatch, Harbor Patrol, Sherifs Department, etc. filling out paperwork or what ever at the dock. Then there is a County Helicopter.

Who is going to get the bill for all of this? DAN (Divers Alert Network Insurance)? I can see my membership dues going up............
