Good idea. If no one chimes in here, I'll start another thread with that question as the subject line. "We even love our urchins here so be sure not to take too many" I doubt the couple dozen I take will be missed. I haven't heard that Lytechinus are popular for food (except for otters and some starfish). Maybe they are too small. If there was a commercial demand, they probably would not still be available at such a convenient site.
