Good idea. If no one chimes in here, I'll start another thread with that question as the subject line.

I doubt the couple dozen I take will be missed. I haven't heard that Lytechinus are popular for food (except for otters and some starfish). Maybe they are too small. If there was a commercial demand, they probably would not still be available at such a convenient site.
