Elaine, after adding my comment to the thread this morning with, the help of someone who is in the Fire Department loop, I am obtaining phone numbers and E Mail address's of the individuals who are responsible for County and City Fire, Life Guards,and Sheriff EMS training and protocol. Invitations to Chamber Day will be offered along with attending / participating in this years Diver Safety Symposium held in April. I will personally handle the invitations and hopefully open up some constructive and needed dialog. If anyone here has any constructive ideas about this please post them.

Just a thought..... EMS agencies make mistakes, They are not perfect! In many diver related cases we screwed up first!!
