We are forming a new organization to provide SCUBA instruction to paraplegic and quadriplegic Veterans at the Long Beach VA and to PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries (signature wound of the war) and Poly-Trauma (multiple injuries) at the West Los Angeles VA.

We need your help in so many ways. We need volunteers to join or organization, we need speaking opportunities to dive and NON-Dive related organizations. We need an attorney, CPA, Webmaster, Brochure writer etc.

We need an attorney and a CPA to help us get incorporated and to obtain 501C3 Tax Exempt Status as a non-profit. We are not yet a recognized non-profit, but we will be once we get the incorporation done. Prime Directive prohibits compensation to any board member, officer or volunteer.
