Im leaning no the side of better management. I see to many abusing the privilege of hunting and not approaching it responsibly. its unfortunate that the eco system of the planet waters are changing as well. better science needs to be brought to the people se we can understand the changes were all facing. in the near future. with glaciers melting and the acidifying oceans. from the overfishing and pollution. its clear to me the earth is going threw some changes. we better wise up and pay attn to mother nature. she is telling us something.
