We've got just at tad over a week to go and we've got a ways to go but we're getting there slowly but surely. Our latest surge is led by our good friends (and longtime supporters) at the Ocean Institute down in Dana Point, with a $2000 donating, which also means two more candles lit on the birthday cake. From their website: "The Ocean Institute has become nationally known for its hands-on marine science, environmental education and maritime history programs. More than 110,000 K-12 students and 8,000 teachers annually participate in the Institute's 61 award-winning, immersion style programs." We're glad that our Chamber is part of that. (They also have two tables at Chamber Eve.) Our Chamber stands ready to serve you 24/7/365. We hope you stand ready to serve your Chamber during this event and specifically with the Chamber Challenge. Please give whatever you can. So . . . Who's next?? Who will push us past $21,000???
