 (Posted 5/1/09 - last updated 4/29/09) Now that we've crossed into May, the finish line is definitely in sight as Chamber Day stands only 5 days away. And the Challenge keeps on growing, now passing the $26K mark. We're led this time by two Silver donors and the two of them together will combine to light another cake on our candle. First up is Eo Ong, from the Burbank Dive Club, with a $500 donation. BDC, both collectively and individually, has always been a great supporter of Chamber Day both with Challenge donations and table sponsorship. And Eo has once again this year become a Silver level sponsor. Joining Eo is ConocoPhillips, also at the Silver level. They have a corporate grant program and Angi Froelich (who's worked for them for years) submitted Chamber Day to receive a $500 grant and lo and behold, we can add them to the list. The list of names grows long as the time grows short. Can we add your name as well? We certainly love getting those $500 and $1000 donations but we're also happy with $100 ones as well. We've only got 5 days to go and while we're doing okay, we'd like to see if we can do even a little better. So . . . Who's next? Who will push us past $27,000???
