CHAMBER DAY/EVE 2009 - EVENT UPDATE #6 |
Posted by Chamber Day Committee on May 01, 2009 at 08:56:12:
(As of 5/1/09 - last update was 4/24/09) We creep closer and closer to the finish line. Traditionally, the days leading up to Chamber Day - including the weekend preceding it - are a flurry of activity, both from your side and last-minute sign-ups and donations, and from our side with getting all the last-minute logistics done so we can welcome 300 people to the Chamber facilities at Catalina and then dine with over 500 of you that evening. But the point is that even though the pace picks up, we still need your help and we're never too busy to make sure you're part of this great event. So here's where we are as of Friday morning, may 1, at 9AM: CHAMBER DAY BOATS (sponsor) Boats can be booked either through the sponsor, the website, or by calling us at the general phone number: Bottom Scratcher (Pacific Wilderness) - 1 available Flying Dutchman (Open) - 77 signed up so far (don't forget to include your "pirate" name) CHAMBER EVENING TABLES (table sponsor & total seats) Note that a few tables that are listed as SOLD OUT may actually still have unpaid/available seats through the table sponsor. Please check with them directly. (Table sponsors names are listed in the order they appear in our book because it’s a nightmare to track them on this sheet any other way.) Reef Seekers (20) - SOLD OUT CHAMBER CHALLENGE TOTAL - $26,591 as of 5/1. Who's next??? Your Chamber needs you. Join in on the fun!!!! Ken Kurtis |
