The only posts that have been deleted are those from have been yours since you are posting with multiple fake names and answering you own posts.

An anonymous coward like you does not deserve to have one's posts remain. If you want to criticize someone or a business at least have the cajones to use your real name and include an email address so people can contact you personally. If you can't do that why should anyone even take you seriously?
