What is the best diving club in or near Riverside?

I have a neck problem and can only hope that the buoyancy of the water can help. I don't want to spend a lot upfront to find out that my neck problem won't allow me to dive.

I also have a problem with feeling cold unless bundled up with layers of clothes. So I need to rent a few suits to find the best before committing to buying my gear.
