Agree on all points. I see some empty sites like at Manchester S.B. during the week, so there are some that aren't used all that much, but closing 220 doesn't make any sense. Just up the fees - still a bargain.

I also think that a fee for diving in an MPLA would be fair - Mexico charges for its underwater parks. Would offset the revenue lost from fishing. OK, ready to be flamed by the cheap divers...
