Hello: This is PADI Dive Master John 38943. My first C card was issued back in 1966. I got my Dive Master rating in 1988 over on the island of Oahu. I have just invented a method of panning for placer gold underwater with the use of scuba. I have just started to teach this gold recovery system to certified divers up here in Oregon. I am now networking for interested divers.
