I only ask because when you start throwing around numbers like they are facts, it's confusing. That's been my point with this thread from the beginning. Language like this can be used as propaganda and it only clouds the true issue, which is good ocean management. You used it to be helpful but the folks who wrote the release that was the start of all this didn't and that's what my main problem has always been. They use words like corruption and espouse ideas like conspiracy theories to win at all costs. It's dishonest and I just don't agree with that.
