Authorities say 48 year old James Tyson was a certified scuba diver. He entered the water at Lake Tobesofkee, Georgia around 6 pm. His body was found almost 4 hours later, at 9:45 pm. Coroner Leon Jones pronounced the Warner Robins man dead on the scene.
