Blue Ribbon Task Force Chairman Don Benninghoven has just tendered his resignation from the Blue Ribbon Task force to accept an appointment to the California Fish and Game Commission. The appointment leaves a big hole in the BRTF who is charged to take the output of the Regional Stakeholders and choose a preferred alternative to forward to the Fish and Game Commission for final approval. No word on his replacement. We are just finishing the meeting. WOW. Wait till Round 3 maps are released.
