Yea, I talked with Tim after that trip. He told me that the bulk of the divers, there wasnt enough deep diving experience people on board that trip to make a dive on that spot. Safety of the entire group was his paramount concern he told me. WHen I dove it last year, we were anchored near enough to it that I was able to swim to it, even though the rest of the group was diving the nearby island. I suggest that when you are on the boat next time introduce youself to Tim, tell him your desires, and he may put you close to it so you can dive it. :)
