We were out on Saturday - Surface was greeeen and limited vis 10-20 feet (if you were lucky)with water temp around 60-62 degrees. One jump below 100 fsw on the north side found 58 degrees on the bottom with a very dark (read "you'd better have a real big light") night-dive like conditions with maybe 10-15 foot vis. On the west end, below 70 feet, you had 40-60 foot vis and 50-51 degrees water temp and a fairly stout current. It was the only place we found any decent vis at the island. The last dive just west of the landing cove, shallow in the kelp had a real hazy 15+ foot vis and about 62 degrees temp. It was a beautiful day, but conditions could have been better. The situation out there now is what I'd usually expect to encounter in June.
