That trash can is the icon of California's budget system! Stuff goes in and mysteriously disappears, leaving an empty trash can the next day (or in the case of this trash can, the next week or whenever). WE MUST SAVE THAT TRASH CAN!!!! YES WE CAN! HOPE FOR CHANGE! CHANGE FOR HOPE! HOPE FLOATS! BOB HOPE!
