I have a pretty extensive digital music collection which I pull from, for my diving videos. Before I even had my video filmed, I had an idea of which song I was going to compose with. The program I use for video editing "CyberLink Powerdirector" has a built in search function which will list suitable length audio tracks from your music folder. I personally don't use it, but its a nifty feature for those who want to quickly compile a video. As far as non copyrighted music from the web goes, I'm sure its out there, but I'm not familiar with any specific sites.
