We made a dive at Vic Beach in Laguna thur night. May as well have been tropical. 73 degree water down to 20', 30' vis, no surf and no wind, 85 degree temp and humid. My buddy Johnny got two nice legal Halibut, and the life was spectacular. I saw three large Abalone, many Croakers, Bat Rays and a few Leopard Sharks, Conditions are great in Laguna.
