This vest is depth rated to 30', I have a friend @ QS, and we're trying to get the R&D gurus to go back and design a deep version. I had a similar rig a few years ago made locally without the IR feature. It was resistance based heat elements and a large battery pack, All the UW connectors gave way, but I liked it. It doesn't really warm ya up, but gives more of a comfort that takes off the edge from that last 20 Mins of a cold dive.

There is a group in Aus. doing one too, and one of the other local wetsuiters has one. I naturally sweat WAY too much for a drysuit so these always intrigue me.
