I agree with all this.
I was going to say, instead of scuba hunting try freedive hunting. Not only do you become an excellent freediver but once you get good it's easier to hide and taget fish because you're silent.
Although I've heard of freedivers spooking WSB with a squeeky ear equalization.
Make it a point to shoot only what you can eat without having to freeze any. Not only does it taste better but you get to get out and dive more.
