imho...

i prefer the wrist mount. in an attempt not to forget the computer.. i store it in my bc pocket prior to packing my dive bag. i'm also a big fan of redundancy. if my computer battery go's out or the battery compartment floods (has happened both times), etc.... i still have my regular console replete with depth and pressue guages and can still dive.

if you're relying solely on a console with computer as part of it and the computer goes awry... your day of diving is done.
