I have used the double-hose before. Before I used it I got a pool lesson from Ed Johnson who was one of the original LA County Instructors.

I used it for fun for several years. You would not believe the looks and questions you get hopping in with a two-hose with a 72 on a backpack.

They have a certain novelty value, but even a inexpensive modern two-stage single hose regulator works much better.

I have a friend who is into this and I posted the pictures for him.
