Dave says that at Farnsworth "the top of the reef is completely nude of coral and other marine growth" due to damage from anchor chains.

In a letter submitted to the MLPA process last July, though, Ken said hydrocoral damage was pretty much a non-issue:

What do the rest of you think? On my Farnsworth dives I haven't spent much time checking out the area around the anchor.
