As an avid hunter, this is one area I would fully support as an underwater preserve, fully protected from all types of fishing and game take. Farnsworth is a rare and special place not like anywhere else along this coast. But to take it away from all diving activity by this no anchor law would be absurd. I was lucky enough to dive Farnsworth in Sept 97, during a strong El Nino, 100' vis, 73 degree water temp at 100 feet, still to this day I consider this one of the best dives of my life.
