Conditions are foul along the coast now, we dived Montage resort in Laguna, 4' surf, 20' vis despite the strong surge, and 60 degree water temp. This area is diverse, many reefs out to deep water, we saw numerous huge Bat Rays and Horn Sharks, healthy fish populations and still a few bugs to grab, we got a few each including a solid 4lb bug. Conditions are rough, hope to improve soon.
