I both of them are One-Spot Fringeheads (Neoclinus uninotatus).

According to Gotshall, the Yellowfins only grow to 10cm. And the
blue spot with a ring of yellow is indicative.

They are perhaps more common that you might think, they are REALLY
cryptic when they are in their holes.
