$28k might have been $28K too much!

1. Who in their right mind would want to own a dive boat - let alone in this economy?
2. How much time & money will be needed, if any, to get the boat in good working order?
3. Between operating costs and low income - this is a razor thin margin business.
4. Regulatory mandates = unknown costs to comply.

The list of people who bought dive boats and lost money is a mile long. Remember the Golden Dubloom, Pacific Dream, Pacific Explorer/Aquatica, Reliance, etc.??

I would also suspect that numerous of the current operating boats are lucky they are operating in a break-even mode.

Huge down side risk and very little upside reward potential.
