Personally, I will be back in the water thur night, our rule has always been 3-4 days out after a storm. I have never been sick relating to diving after storms, although my buddy was hospitalized one bug season following a storm with diarhea and vomiting, but this was a one time event over 25 years. Perhaps this is because we dive mostly in Laguna and the water there seems to be less toxic following storms.
