Come dive spectacular Farnsworth Banks 2/7 on the Great Escape. This is a spectacular deep reef on the west side of Catalina and is the home to the rare cold water Purple Coral. $120 All inclusive. This is one of our few Farnsworth Banks trips for the year so don’t miss out.

If you’ve never dove Farnsworth you are missing out on one of the best dives in the So. Cal area. It’s the top of an under seamount, the top of it is fairly large and in the 100’ depth range, give or take. There’s one spot that gets a little shallower, lots of area deeper and some sheer walls but figure you’ll be diving around 100’ plus or minus. The place is teeming with life, generally has great vis.. and is covered with Purple coral. We’ll make our first dive the deep dive at Farnsworth, then make 2-3 shallower dives around the backside of Catalina or elsewhere. So.. if you’re feeling comfortable with that first 100’ dive come out anyways and make the latter shallower dives.

The 2/7 trip is an all inclusive Open Boat at a Great Escape price of only $120. The price includes up to 4 dives, 3000 psi air fills, breakfast, snacks (our world famous Monkey Bread), lunch, and all non alcoholic drinks. Feel free to bunk overnight on the boat prior if that is convenient and parking is free. This trip leaves the dock earlier than normal at 6AM. Visit our website to book via Paypal or call the boat direct too at 866-348-3262.

The Great Escape is the largest boat in the LA / Long Beach harbor basin at 85' long and 25' wide making it a very stable ride. We have bunks, staterooms, a full sit down galley, 2 heads, 4 hot fresh water showers, a camera assembly station, fresh water camera rinse tanks, live game wells and lots of fun. Call 866-348-3262 or visit our website for more info about the boat.

Hope to see you on the boat soon, Capt. Tim
