Night diving can be addictive, try the Redondo canyon for your first night diving experience. See how the colors of the reef and marinelife just explode with a nice light beam, and look for the shy and rare animals that will come out at night compared to day dives. For photogs this is a great way to get close to shy animals that are difficult to get close to during the day. Think California Muck diving at its finest.
